The Trench Babiez basketball court: a floodlit night court with TRENCH BABIEZ painted on the back wall, TB crown banners on the fencing, and a scoreboard.

Trench Babiez

42 Dugg × Babyface Ray · Arcade basketball

A custom arcade basketball game built around two artists and their city. Both are playable. The court is theirs — their name on the wall, their block outside the fence, their merch store down the street.

Real physics, an AI opponent, and a street you walk before you play. It runs in a phone browser from a QR code, with nothing to install.

Everyone we've handed the phone to has played it longer than they meant to. That's the whole pitch.

The Like Ethan game: a pixel-art character built from a photograph fights black spiked orbs in a white room, with hearts and a wave counter in the HUD.

Our own pipeline · Photo in, character out

The character in this game started as a single photograph. Our pipeline reads the face, builds a full animated sprite in our house style, and drops it into a playable game — in about two minutes.

We built it so a fan, a guest at an event, or a whole audience can end up inside the world instead of just watching it. It is the same system that makes every build after the first one faster.

◆What a build includes

One world,
four lanes.

Play

The game

An original arcade title in your world, with your characters. Hand-tuned feel — hit-stop, screen shake, weight. Browser-native, mobile-first, opens from a QR code with nothing to install.

Identity

The character

Your talent, built once as a real character: an animated sprite for the game and a rigged 3D model for everything else. One rig feeds reels, tour visuals, cover art, stage screens and merch renders — forever.

Live

The show

AI-powered visual instruments built for your set: audio-reactive walls that move on the actual music, your character performing on the screen behind you, and an operator console simple enough to run from the booth. Yours to keep and tour with.

Direction

The feeling

Palette, type, world rules and a merch line that all come out of the same place. One creative system carrying one feeling across the campaign, instead of four vendors guessing at each other.
